  • Correct Login Credentials: Double-check your login information (account number, password) for accuracy. Ensure you're trying to log in to the correct server (live or demo).

  • Firewall/Antivirus Settings: Sometimes, firewalls or antivirus software can block MT5. Temporarily disable them to see if the connection works. If it does, adjust the settings to allow MT5.

  • Reinstall MT5: If the problem persists, consider reinstalling MT5. Uninstall the platform and then download the latest version from your broker’s website.
